1 cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | Flour |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
⅛ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
3 tablespoons | Dry sherry |
½ cup | Orange marmalade |
Preheat oven to 325F. Mix all ingredients well, except ham. Place ham on rack, fat side up, and place in shallow roasting pan. Spread the sugar mixture over the ham. Bake ham for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 160F [Insert a meat thermometer until it reaches the center, but not resting on a bone or fat].
