Yield: 1 Servings
|1 cup||Brown sugar|
|½ cup||Jam or jelly|
|½ cup||Chopped nuts|
|1 tablespoon||Confectioner's sugar|
Cream the shortening and brown sugar. Add the egg flour and vanilla.
Pat evenly into cookie sheet (moisten fingertips to prevent sticking). Bake 12-15 minutes at 350F. Immediately upon removing from the oven, spread with the jam. Sprinkle with the nuts and coconut then dust with 1 tablepoon confectioner's sugar. Cut into 1"x2½" strips. From Kris Bumford
