Swedish dilled roast beef & red cabbage lefse

¾cupRed cabbage;slice paper thin
1teaspoonRaspberry vinegar
1teaspoonVegetable oil
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonFreshly ground pepper
1tablespoonPrepared horseradish cream
2Lefse
1tablespoonMinced fresh dill
2largesBoston lettuce leaves
4ouncesRoast beef; thinly sliced

Directions

1. Toss cabbage with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

2. Spread horseradish cream over lefse; sprinkle with small amount of dill. Top with lettuce, roast beef, cabbage and remaining dill. Roll up like a burrito.
