Swedish dilled roast beef & red cabbage lefse

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Red cabbage;slice paper thin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Raspberry vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Prepared horseradish cream |
| 2 | Lefse | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced fresh dill |
| 2 | larges | Boston lettuce leaves |
| 4 | ounces | Roast beef; thinly sliced |
Directions
1. Toss cabbage with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Spread horseradish cream over lefse; sprinkle with small amount of dill. Top with lettuce, roast beef, cabbage and remaining dill. Roll up like a burrito.
