1 teaspoon | Raspberry vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
1 tablespoon | Prepared horseradish cream |
2 \N | Lefse |
1 tablespoon | Minced fresh dill |
2 larges | Boston lettuce leaves |
4 ounces | Roast beef; thinly sliced |
1. Toss cabbage with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Spread horseradish cream over lefse; sprinkle with small amount of dill. Top with lettuce, roast beef, cabbage and remaining dill. Roll up like a burrito.
