Swedish cabbage rolls - crockpot

| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| ¼ | cup | Onion; minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | cup | Rice; cooked |
| 8 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |

SAUCE
CABBAGE ROLLS: Boil cabbage leaves until limp. Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice. Divide into 6 portions. Place each portion into a cabbage leaf, fold in sides and roll over. Place in slow cooker pot.
SAUCE: Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls in slow cooker pot. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
