Yield: 10 Servings
|1 x||Cream Cheese (250gr)(8oz)|
|½ cup||Sour cream|
|1 cup||Seafood cocktail sauce|
|8 ounces||Shrimp, cooked, small|
|2 cups||Shredded mozzerella cheese|
|1 x||Green pepper, diced|
|3 xes||Green onion, sliced|
|1 x||Tomato, diced|
Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. Spread over 12" platter, sprinkle remaining ingredients over mixture in order given.
Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with crackers.
Served at Georges' staff party. She reserved a little mozzerella to sprinkle on top. Looks very nice. Tastes great.
