| 1 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
| 1½ | cup | Onions -- chopped |
| 2 | Cloves garlic -- crushed | |
| 28 | ounces | Tomatoes -- crushed |
| 16 | ounces | Sauerkraut -- drained |
| 15 | ounces | Pinto beans |
| 14½ | ounce | Beef broth |
| 4 | tablespoons | Chili powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Heat oil in 3 quart saucepan. Brown meat, onions and garlic. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Simmer, partially covered, for 25 to 30 minutes. 351 calories and 15 grams fat.
