Sunshine chicken

Measure Ingredient
3 teaspoons Curry
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
4 Boneless skinless chicken br
1½ cup Orange juice
1 cup Rice
¾ cup Water
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dried mustard
Fresh parsley

Combine curry powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken and rub in. In 10-inch skillet, combine orange juice, rice, water, brown sugar, mustard, and remaining ¼ teaspoon salt. Arrange chicken on top.

Bring to a boil. cover and simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
