Sunflower fried cabbage

¼xHead cabbage
1xSmall onion
1xSalt & pepper to taste
cupSunflower seeds, hulled
2tablespoonsButter or bacon fat
1dashVinegar, white or wine

Directions

Chop onion and cabbage coarsely. Melt butter or bacon grease in medium frypan, add sunflower seeds, toss to coat and saute lightly.

Add cabbage and onion, toss to coat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt,pepperand dash of vinegar. Serve very hot.
