|4 quarts||Saucepan Salt and pepper Soy sauce Tuna or Leftover meat (such as ham, beef, or chicken,|
Cut cabbage in half. Slice into shreds. Heat skillet, fry cabbage with butter until browned. Cook noodles in 4 quart saucepan with water. Drain when done. Add to cabbage, on low heat tossing until noodles are well mixed in with cabbage and butter. Add salt and pepper, Tuna or meat if desired. Use soy sauce as condiment.
