½cupDried cranberries

¼teaspoonCinnamon
½cupOrange juice
BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
1cupSelf rising flour
¼cupSugar
½cupFrozen blueberries; left frozen
½cupOrange juice
BANANA MUFFINS
1cupSelf rising flour
¼cupSugar
1Banana; mash
1Jar Banana baby food juice

Directions

(Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add juice and stir just until blended. Put in muffin cups and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 min.) I always double the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie <brown_jeannie@...>.
