| ½ | cup | Dried cranberries |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
| BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | ||
| 1 | cup | Self rising flour |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Frozen blueberries; left frozen |
| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
| BANANA MUFFINS | ||
| 1 | cup | Self rising flour |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Banana; mash | |
| 1 | Jar Banana baby food juice | |
Directions
(Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add juice and stir just until blended. Put in muffin cups and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 min.) I always double the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie <brown_jeannie@...>.
