|3 \N||Green bell peppers; halved|
|¼ cup||Chopped onion|
|1⅓ cup||Instant potato flakes|
|1 \N||Egg; beaten|
|1 pounds||Sausage; cooked|
|1 cup||Mozzarella; shredded|
Boil peppers 15 minutes. Drain; arrange cut side up in a pie pan. Combine onion, water and butter and bring to a boil. Stir in potato flakes, milk and egg. Stir in sausage. Spoon into pie pan over peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes.
