Stuffed artichoke hearts

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 14oz cans artichoke hearts,
\N \N Drained
1½ cup Italian bread crumbs
4 \N Cloves garlic, crushed
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
1½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Olive oil
½ cup Italian salad dressing
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
\N \N Paprika

Remove the pulp from the center of the artichoke hearts & cut each in half. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, & cheese. Moisten the mixture with olive oil, salad dressing, & lemon juice. Stuff the artichoke hearts with the mixture. Place the hearts in a greased baking dish & sprinkle them with paprika. Bake the dish at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
