4Artichokes
½poundsSwiss cheese, grated
¼poundsMozzarella cheese, grated
½cupCelery, chopped fine
½cupOnion, chopped fine
1poundsCrabnmeat
4ouncesHot pepper cheese, grated
Salt & Pepper & Red pepper
¼cupBell pepper, chopped fine
½cupBread crumbs
1Stick butter
2Eggs, well beaten

Directions

Wash artrichokes and cut off tips. Boil until tender. Drain.

Saute celery, bell pepper and onions in butter. Remove from heat.

Add crabmeat and grated cheeses. Add bread crumbs and eggs. Mix well. Clean out heart of artichokes and stuff with crab mixture.

Stuff each leaf. Wrap in foil and bake at 375 F. for 35 min.
