Stroganoff for six

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Onions, minced
2 pounds Steak-Umm steak sandwich slices
½ pounds Mushroom, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 cup Low fat yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare beef and vegetables. 2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in skillet.

Saute onion until transparent, set aside. Saute beef strips until brown, set aside. 3. Add remaining 2 tbsp butter to pan. Saute mushrooms - 3 minutes. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste and nutmeg. 4. Whisk yogurt with lemon juice and add to the mushrooms.

Heat, do not boil. Return beef strips and onions to the pan. Heat thorough and serve over noodles or rice. Source: Philly-Gourment Steaks
