|1½ cup||Firm tofu; cubed|
|1½ cup||Sliced strawberries|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
You say you don't like tofu? Well, you've never had a treat like this.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into individual serving dishes or pudding glasses. Chill overnight.
