Strassburger wurstsalat - strassburg sausage salad

| ½ | pounds | Emmental cheese |
| Onion | ||
| Pickle | ||
| Pepper | ||
| Vinegar | ||
| Oil | ||
| Remoulade ( a sort of salad cream) | ||
| Garlic salt | ||
| Salad leaves | ||
Directions
Cut the Fleischwurst and cheese in strips, mix with the onion and pickle slices and dress with pepper, vinegar, oil and remoulade, possibly season with garlic salt. Serve on salad leaves with farmers bread.
