Corn on the cob cocoons (miracle whip)

| 1 | tablespoon | Lime juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
| Corn, 4-6 ears, husked | ||
Directions
Heat grill. Mix dressing juice and seasonings. Place each ear of corn on 12-inch square piece of foil. Brush dressing mixture on all sides of corn; roll foil around corn, sealing ends.
Place corn on grill over medium-hot coals. Grill 20 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning ¼ turn every 5 minutes.
: Prep Time: 5 minutes plus refrigerating** : Grilling Time: 30 minutes ** NOTE: The Prep Time says 5 minutes plus "refrigerating". However, the directions say nothing about it. I suppose you could refrigerate the corn after the mixture is brushed on and it's been rolled in foil. I don't think it's necessary, though.
