Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lyon sausage
1 \N Celeriac; boiled
2 \N Eggs; boiled
1 cup Boiled peas
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
\N \N Lemon juice
\N \N Some mustard
\N \N Mayonnaise

Cut Lyon sausage, celeriac and eggs in cubes, add peas, season with salt, pepper lemon juice and some mustard and mix with mayonnaise.
