Stir-fried spinach

2tablespoonsSoy bean paste
1teaspoonPepper
2eachesTomatoes, cut into wedges
2eachesRed chilies, sliced
2poundsSpinach, chopped

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic, soy bean paste, pepper, tomatoes & chilies for 1 minute. Add the spinach & cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot & do not overcook.
