Stir-fried spinach, shanghai style

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Spinach |
10 | teaspoons | Vegetable Oil |
4½ | teaspoon | Soy Sauce |
2 | teaspoons | Salt; or to taste |
1½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
1. Trim the spinach and wash well to remove all sand.
2. Heat 7 tsp of the oil in a wok until the oil surface ripples. Add the spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until it just starts to wilt. Add the soy sauce, sugar and MSG. Stir in, then add the remaining 3 tsp of oil.
Stir, remove, and serve.
