Steamer chocolate pudding loaf with marshmallow creme sau

1eachEgg; beaten
ounceUnsweet chocolate; melted
½cupMilk
¼cupNuts; chopped
16largesMarshmallows
cupCream

Directions

MARSHMALLOW CREME SAUCE

Sift together flour, baking p owder and salt; set aside. Cream butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beat well. Add egg and melted chocolate; blend well. Add milk alternately with dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold nuts into batter. Pour into greased 8" x 4" loaf pan. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place pan in steamer basket. Add 3 cups water to reservoir, cover and steam for 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm with Marshmallow Cream Sauce.

If pudding does not test done, add more water to heating well and continue to steam. Suggestion: 1 cup water, steam additional 19 to 22 minutes.

Makes 1 loaf

MARSHMALLOW CREAM SAUCE In small saucepan, combine ingredients and melt over low heat. Serve over Steamed Chocolate Pudding Loaf.
