Stabilized whipped cream #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon Cold water
1 cup Whipped cream
\N \N Powdered sugar
\N \N Vanilla

Soften 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin in tablespoon cold water for 5 minutes. Heat until the gelatin melts. Add to 1 cup whipping cream whisking until gelatin and cream are well blended. Chill for 1 hour. Beat with electric mixer until cream is thick and holds its shape. It will thicken even more as it sets in refrigerator. Will hold for 2-3 days. Sweeten with powdered sugar and vanilla
