| ½ | each | small red onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | finely chopped marjoram |
| 4 | teaspoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | unseasoned rice vinegar |

Directions
Finely dice all, mix and let sit for an hour before serving.
