Squash casserole #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked squash
1 Egg
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
1 cup Grated cheese
1 cup Bread crumbs
¼ Stick butter or margarine

Cook squash & mash; beat egg & add to squash along with salt, pepper, milk & onion. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese & bread crumbs.

Dot with margarine. Bake at 350 until bubbly & brown, about 30 minutes.
