|100 grams||Chopped frozen spinach; thawed, drained and|

|2 tablespoons||Spring onion; chopped|
|40 grams||Grated Cheddar cheese|
|1 tablespoon||Olive oil|
|2||Thick slices Mozzarella cheese|
|Red and orange peppers|
Heat the oven to 190C/gas4 and grease two baking trays.
Knead the spinach, spring onion and cheese into the risen dough. Roll out the dough and brush with olive oil.
Cut out the lamb from the Mozzarella cheese and the sun from the cheese slices. Use cut olives to make the lamb's leg, ear, eye and nose.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Add the pepper and cucumber flowers when cooked.
