Spinach - artichoke casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | Stick butter or oleo | |
| 2 | packs | (10 Oz.) frozen spinach |
| 1 | large | Can artichokes |
| 1 | pint | Sour cream |
| ½ | cup | Onion; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
| Salt & pepper | ||
Directions
Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in 1½ quart casserole. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle some on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8. Freezes well.
