Curried shrimp salad

Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Curry powder |
| ½ | cup | Italian |
| Or vinaigrette dressing | ||
| ½ | pounds | Cooked bay shrimp |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cilantro, chopped |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until tender but still firm, 8-9 min. Drain and rinse well in cold water.
2. While the pasta is cooking, combine the curry powder and salad dressing and stir well.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together the pasta, dressing, shrimp, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
