3 tablespoons | Lime or lemon juice |

1 teaspoon | Sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Dried ground chili peppers |
2 cups | Cooked port, cubed small |
1 pounds | Cooked shrimp, diced small |
1 each | Cucumber, peeled and sliced |
1 teaspoon | Mint |
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.
