Spicy shrimp & pork salad

Ingredients

| 3 | eaches | Minced garlic cloves |
| 1 | teaspoon | Freshly ground black pepper |
| 3 | tablespoons | Vingegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lime or lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried ground chili peppers |
| 2 | cups | Cooked port, cubed small |
| 1 | pounds | Cooked shrimp, diced small |
| 1 | each | Cucumber, peeled and sliced |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mint |
Directions
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.
