Spicy shrimp and pork salad (yam vietnam)

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Coriander seeds; ground
3 Garlic cloves; minced
1 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
3 tablespoons Vinegar
3 tablespoons Lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Dried ground chili peppers
2 cups Cooked pork; cubed small
1 pounds Cooked shrimp; diced small
1 Cucumber; peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon Mint

Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.

Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint. From AOL, June 1993.
