Spicy chicken salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

12ouncesCooked white chicken meat, boneless and skinless
4eachesHard boiled egg whites, chopped
¼cupSweet pickle relish
1eachTb chopped onion
¼cupChopped celery
1can(8oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1eachTb mustard
½cupKraft fatfree Miracle Whip
1eachBottle fatfree Thousand Island dressing
1teaspoonHickory salt seasoning

Directions

Bake the chicken after you sprinkle it with seasoning on it for about 20-30 minutes covered at 325F. In a medium sized bowl combine all of the other ingredients. Remove the cooked chicken and chop into cubes.

Fold it into the dressing mixture. Chill about 30 minutes. This is great served with nonfat saltine crackers or on a sandwich. It can also be served on a lettuce leaf with some fresh fruit.
