½cupWater chestnuts, drained
½cupBean sprouts
½cupChopped celery
¼cupChopped green onion
1cupCooked brown or white rice
2eachesTb fatfree Italian dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1teaspoonSoy sauce
1eachTb fatfree ranch dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1eachTb fatfree sour cream
1eachTb lemon juice

Directions

In large bowl, mix chicken, water chestnuts, sprouts, celery and onion. In a separate bowl, pour Italian dressing over cooked rice and stir until absorbed then add to the chicken mixture.
