½ | cup | Bean sprouts |
½ | cup | Chopped celery |

2 | eaches | Tb fatfree Italian dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft) |
1 | teaspoon | Soy sauce |
1 | each | Tb fatfree ranch dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft) |
1 | each | Tb fatfree sour cream |
1 | each | Tb lemon juice |
Directions
In large bowl, mix chicken, water chestnuts, sprouts, celery and onion. In a separate bowl, pour Italian dressing over cooked rice and stir until absorbed then add to the chicken mixture. Mix together the soy sauce, ranch dressing sour cream and lemon juice and toss with the other ingredients. Per serving: 89cal., 1g fat (10%), 12mg chol., 2g fiber, 6g pro., 14g carb., 205mg sod.
