Special shrimp pasta salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

1poundsShrimp, cooked and cleaned
½cupLiquid butter buds
¼cupLemon juice
1teaspoonAccent
1teaspoonCurry powder
2teaspoonsDill
½cupChopped bell pepper
1smallOnion, diced
½cupChopped celery
½teaspoonPapa Dash lite salt, optional
¼teaspoonGround pepper
1eachPt Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Directions

Combine all of the spices with the liquid Butter buds, fatfree mayonnaise and lemon juice; set aside. Combine shrimp, pasta, green pepper, onion and celery. Mix dressing with salad, cover and chill overnight. The longer it sets, the better the flavor. Per serving: 123 cal., 0.7g fat (5%), 74mg chol., 1g fiber, 10g pro., 19g carb., 560mg sod.
