Chinese chicken salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

2cupsCooked chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4ouncesSliced water chestnuts, drained
½cupDiced celery
½poundsSeedless green grapes
½cupFatfree sour cream
¼cupFatfree ranch dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1teaspoonCurry posder
1teaspoonSoy sauce
1teaspoonLemon juice

Directions

Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Mix together chicken, water chestnuts and celery. Blend together the sour cream, dressing, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken mixture. Stir in grapes.
