Chinese chicken salad - butter busters ^

2 | cups | Cooked chicken breasts, boned and skinned |
4 | ounces | Sliced water chestnuts, drained |
½ | cup | Diced celery |
½ | pounds | Seedless green grapes |
½ | cup | Fatfree sour cream |
¼ | cup | Fatfree ranch dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft) |
1 | teaspoon | Curry posder |
1 | teaspoon | Soy sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
Directions
Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Mix together chicken, water chestnuts and celery. Blend together the sour cream, dressing, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken mixture. Stir in grapes.
