Spicy carrot salad

Ingredients

| 1¾ | cup | Carrots, grated |
| 2 | eaches | Oranges, peeled, seeded & chopped |
| ⅓ | cup | Raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Walnuts, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cumin, ground |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Liquid sweetener |
| Lime slices, to garnish | ||
Directions
Combine carrots, oranges, raisins & walnuts in a large bowl & set aside. Place remaining ingredients in a jar with a lid & shake well.
Pour over the carrots. Chil for at least one hour. Garnish with lime slices.
