Spiced carrot strips

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 larges Carrots -- julienned
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine --
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Place carrots in a saucepan; cover with water. Cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, Combine butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon; pour over carrots and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yield: 4-6 servings
