Ricotta cream

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Tangy Fruit Salsa, (recipe available)
2 cups Nonfat ricotta cheese
⅓ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
½ pack Light cream cheese, (8-ounce size)

Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with Salsa.
