Yield: 6 Servings
|Tangy Fruit Salsa, (recipe available)|
|2 cups||Nonfat ricotta cheese|
|½ pack||Light cream cheese, (8-ounce size)|
Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with Salsa.
