Tangy Fruit Salsa, (recipe available)
2cupsNonfat ricotta cheese
cupSugar
¼teaspoonVanilla
½packLight cream cheese, (8-ounce size)

Directions

Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with Salsa.
