Spiced apple butter pork roast

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Jar apple butter; (1lb, 13 0z, about 2 -2/3 cups)
¼ cup Apple Brandy or apple juice
2 tablespoons Apple juice
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Coarsley ground pepper

this will work for a 2-3 lb roast Combine all ingredients. Put roast in zip lock bag and marinate 8hrs. or overnight

Smoke as to your liking baste with Apple cider or what ever you like.
