¼ cup | Apple Brandy or apple juice |
2 tablespoons | Apple juice |
2 tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Coarsley ground pepper |
this will work for a 2-3 lb roast Combine all ingredients. Put roast in zip lock bag and marinate 8hrs. or overnight
Smoke as to your liking baste with Apple cider or what ever you like.
