Spiced apple butter pork roast

Ingredients

| 1 | Jar apple butter; (1lb, 13 0z, about 2 -2/3 cups) | |
| ¼ | cup | Apple Brandy or apple juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Apple juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Prepared horseradish |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Coarsley ground pepper |
Directions
this will work for a 2-3 lb roast Combine all ingredients. Put roast in zip lock bag and marinate 8hrs. or overnight
Smoke as to your liking baste with Apple cider or what ever you like.
