Pork roast with apples

Ingredients

| 1 | (4-lb) pork loin roast | |
| Cavender's Greek seasoning | ||
| ½ | cup | Dry white wine | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter | 
| ½ | cup | Apple jelly | 
| ½ | cup | Applesauce | 
| ½ | cup | Whipping cream | 
| 3 | Apples; cored and cut in half | |
| 6 | tablespoons | Brown sugar | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon | 
Directions
Sprinkle roast liberally with Cavender's Greek Seasoning. Roast at 350ø for 2 hours. Drain fat. Heat together wine, butter, jelly, applesauce and cream until well mixed. Place apples around roast and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Return to oven for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with wine mixture.  Yield: 6 servings.
