Ingredients

| 4 | slices | Bacon -- cut in half |
| ½ | cup | Carrot -- chopped |
| ½ | cup | Celery -- chopped |
| 1 | Small onion -- sliced | |
| 1 | pounds | Stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
Directions
Place liver in slow-cooking pot. Arrange bacon on top. Mix reamaining ingredients and pour over liver. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Remove bay leaf.
