Spicy beef roast

3poundsRound tip roast, or brisket trimmed of fat
2tablespoonsCracked black peppercorns
2Cloves garlic, minced
3tablespoonsBalsamic vinegar
¼cupReduced-sodium soy sauce
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
2teaspoonsDry mustard

Directions

Rub cracked pepper and garlic onto roast. Put roast in crockpot. Make several shallow slits in top of roast. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
