Rib roast of beef

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Flour
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Salt
4½ pounds Rib roast
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 \N Chopped onion
2 \N Chopped carrots
2 \N Chopped celery stalks
1 \N Bay leaf
1 cup Red wine
1 cup Water

Heat oven to 325. Mix flour, mustard & seasonings. Rub into roast.

Place in pan. Pour worcestershire sauce over. Surround meat with vegetables, bay leaf & pour in wine & water. Place in oven. Bake to desired doneness. Use juices to baste. Use juices to make gravy.

Serve with Yorkshire Pudding.
