Southwestern style pizza

Ingredients

½cupPizza sauce
½cupSalsa
1Pizza (12-inch) crust
cupCanned black beans, rinsed and drained
1cupPineapple Tidbits or Pineapple Cubes, drained
½cupRed or green bell pepper, sliced
¼cupDiced green chiles or jalapeno pepper slices
¼cupChopped green onions
cup(6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
2tablespoonsChopped fresh cilantro

Directions

1. Combine pizza sauce and salsa; spoon sauce over pizza crust. Top with beans, pineapple, bell pepper, chiles and green onions. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.

2. Bake at 425 F. 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

3. Garnish with extra salsa and avocado slices if desired. In place of salsa, 1 cup pizza sauce can be used.
