1canTomatoes, canned -- 28 oz
1teaspoonBasil
1teaspoonOregano
½teaspoonCumin
½teaspoonThyme
1teaspoonSalt
1eachPepper -- to taste
1tablespoonChili powder
1eachOnion -- diced

Directions

Reconstitute TVP in boiling water. Simmer TVP, and all the ingredients to blend.
