Sourdough cornmeal cakes

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Flour
2 cups Cornmeal
½ cup Milk
½ cup Sourdough starter
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Salt

Mix all ingredients together the night before and let rise in a warm place. Bake on a griddle the next morning.
