Sour cream potato salad

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Milk
1 pack Italian Salad Dressing Mix
6 cups Potatoes, hot cooked diced or sliced
2 larges Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
½ cup Celery chopped
1 tablespoon Onion, chopped


Combine sour cream, vinegar, milk and salad dressing mix; blend well.

Place potatoes, eggs, celery and onion in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss well.
