Sour cream banana bread

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Butter |
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 7 | Ripened Bananas | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 4½ | cup | Flour |
| 3 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
| 1½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Mix together with remaining ingredients until well moistened. DO NOT OVERMIX. Pour into two well greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans.
Bake in 300 degree oven for about one hour or until tested done.
