¾cupBanana; 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp mashed
½cupSour cream; 3/4 cup or plain yogurt
¼cupWater ; 1/4 cup plus 1T
½cupRaisins; 3/4 cup or chopped nuts

I tried the 1 lb. loaf, and it mixed up in the machine much more like a batter than a bread-- I had to add an extra ¾ cup of flour before it formed a ball.
