Banana bread with sour cream bread and wheat germ

2 tablespoons Wheat germ ; 3 T
2 tablespoons Powdered milk ; 3 T
1 tablespoon Sugar ; 1 1/2T
1 teaspoon Salt ; 1 1/2 tsp
½ teaspoon Nutmeg ; 3/4 tsp
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil ; 1 1/2 T
¾ cup Banana; 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp mashed
½ cup Sour cream; 3/4 cup or plain yogurt
¼ cup Water ; 1/4 cup plus 1T
½ cup Raisins; 3/4 cup or chopped nuts

I tried the 1 lb. loaf, and it mixed up in the machine much more like a batter than a bread-- I had to add an extra ¾ cup of flour before it formed a ball.
