Mama's sour cream banana bread

1cupSugar
2tablespoonsButter
1Egg; beaten
2Bananas; mashed
2tablespoonsSour cream; or milk
2cupsAll-purpose flour
1teaspoonBaking soda
½teaspoonBaking powder
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg, bananas and sour cream; mix well.
