Soup squares

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Eggs
½ cup Parmesan
\N \N Garlic powder
\N \N Bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped fine
\N \N Salt/pepper

Beat eggs with a fork, add cheese, parsley, and spices then add enough bread crumbs to make a loose mixture. Pour into a greased cookie sheet.

Bake 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cut into squares like croutons 1" by 1". Float in hot soup.
