So many grain bread

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast; rapid or quick
1½ tablespoon Vital Gluten; optional
1⅛ cup Bread flour
1⅛ cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons Buckwheat flour
3 tablespoons Rye flour
3 tablespoons Soy flour
3 tablespoons Yellow cornmeal
⅓ cup Rolled oats
¾ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Molasses; Or Honey
1½ tablespoon Oil
1⅛ cup Water

FOR 1 LARGE LOAF

Load machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White Bread or Regular cycle on lightest crust setting.

NOTES : One of our favorites! A very delicious dark, crusty bread.
