| 3 | tablespoons | Rye flour |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soy flour |
| 3 | tablespoons | Yellow cornmeal |
| ⅓ | cup | Rolled oats |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Molasses; Or Honey |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Oil |
| 1⅛ | cup | Water |
Directions
FOR 1 LARGE LOAF
Load machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White Bread or Regular cycle on lightest crust setting.
NOTES : One of our favorites! A very delicious dark, crusty bread.
